Bookings and Cancellation

Anton’s Antics live shows and appearances must be paid up front, in full to secure your chosen date. Confirmation of your booking date will be made once payment is received and until such time the date remains open for other bookings. Bookings can be paid through credit card, electronic fund transfer or cheque (details below). 

Additional expenses such as flights, car hire, accommodation, meals etc will be added to your invoice (where appropriate) and presented on or before the day of performance requiring payment within 7 days.

Bookings may be refunded where a cancellation by the hirer is made more than 60 days before the performance. However a $50 administration fee will apply and any expenses already incurred will be deducted prior to refund. Bookings cancelled less than 60 days prior to the performance date will forfeit the performance fee in total. 

Bookings may be transferred to another available date without charge if made more than 60 days prior to the original show date. Where there is less than 60 days left to the original booking and a transfer to another available date is made, a $300 fee will be added to the original performance fee and any expenses incurred as a result of the transfer of dates will be added to the invoice (e.g. change of flight costs). 

On the rare occasion that Anton’s Antics is forced to cancel a show, we will refund your payment in full and offer a new date.
